The Sky is Falling!

Well, who knew Chicken Little may have been right?! I let the pigs out again today for a short time and was out walking around with them. All of a sudden, something dropped from the sky and landed just a couple of feet away. It was a tiny mouse! I looked up and didn't see a bird and the sky was as clear as could be with no trees overhead. I checked on the little guy, and he was stunned, but seemed ok. He just stared at me. I stared at him. I think we were both asking ourselves, "DID THAT JUST HAPPEN?!" After a moment, I approached him to see if he was actually ok and he scurried off.

Whew! This time, it wasn't raining baby birds, it was raining mice. Hallelujah! Never a dull moment around here.
